Change Over Time is a peer-reviewed, semiannual journal dedicated to the history, theory, and praxis of conservation and the built environment. The journal promotes multidisciplinary critical discourse between scholars and practitioners on contemporary conservation issues. Topics are examined at all scales and from diverse contexts, from the global, regional, and microscopic to the social, environmental, historical, and material, all with an eye for their legacy of implications as to how we interpret, care for, and are shaped by our historic built environments in the present. Change Over Time is published by the University of Pennsylvania Press.
